Your Role
The Asset Protection Logistics manager is responsible for providing Asset Protection program support to Victoria’s Secret Digital (VSD ecommerce logistics operations, both domestically and internationally. The primary responsibility is to protect the company assets and improve profitability by developing and implementing Asset Protection programs for the VSD Small Parcel Parcel Transportation Network. The position will be focused on reducing lost package claims, short ship claims, and returns lost. It will also support the company’s omni channel logistics operations, Buy Online Ship from Store and Buy Online Return in Store.
Your Impact
- Conduct investigations within the VSD Small Parcel Transportation Network which includes third party logistics providers, line haul carriers, US Postal Service, and other last mile delivery agents.
- Initiate investigations into lost package claims, porch piracy, and mail theft impacting VSD packages.
- Complete security assessments of third-party logistics providers, line haul carriers, and other last mile delivery agents to ensure compliance with established security standards.
- Develop program recommendations to reduce lost package claims and ensure the security of the small parcel journey from click to porch.
- Maintain effective relationships with federal, state and local law enforcement, including the US Postal Inspection Service, US Postal Office of Inspector General, and Regional Cargo Theft Task Forces.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with third-party logistics providers and last mile delivery Asset Protection teams.
- Establish partnership and work collaboratively with internal customers such as Logistics, Customer Care, Special Handling, Sales Audit, and Store Operations.

Maximum Salary: $117,600.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, supply chain security or law enforcement
- Ecommerce experienced preferred
- Certified in Wicklander/Zulawski interviewing method
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Use of Excel to summarize large amounts of data and make it actionable
- Ability to learn the use of ecommerce fraud and order systems and exception-based reporting
- Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels within the organization
50%-75% travel expectation

Recruiter review
The VS&Co. recruiting team has an eye for great talent and will contact qualified candidates who apply. Recruiters also may come across your profile on LinkedIn or other career sites and reach out to you directly. Recruiters may contact you by phone, email, text, or LinkedIn messages to arrange screens or interviews.
Initial Screen
Recruiters complete an initial screening with talent to learn about candidates and share more about our culture and opportunities.
Interviews
Interviews with the hiring team can happen by phone, video, or in person. We will never conduct an interview via chat, messaging service, or texting.
Offers
VS&Co. Recruiters extend job offers electronically that are sent from vsco-hr@victoria.com email address. We will never ask for payment, financial information, equipment purchases, or personal information as a part of the recruiting process. Post-acceptance personal identification information is captured in a secure system.
