Our team works collaboratively across the organization:

  • Stores: Our field-based teams support stores to prevent and improve shrink through delivering highly effective shrink awareness education, working to ensure the safety of all associates and customers, and conducting comprehensive internal and external investigations.
  • Home Office and Distribution Centers: Our Home Office and Distribution team is action oriented. Monitoring our offices and distribution centers inside and out 24/7/365.  We focus on access control, helping people, solving problems, proactive patrol, and emergency and medical response.

Emergency Operations Center: Our Emergency Operations Center team is fast paced. Operating 24/7 conducting threat monitoring, supporting emergency response and time-sensitive reporting on incidents that may impact the safety of our people, product, and property.  The EOC monitors and responds to criminal activities, geo-political crises, weather related emergencies and natural disasters.
