Your Role
Provides leadership for all aspects of store related procurement programs supporting domestic stores, with a primary focus on physical inventory programs, store supplies, and packaging.
The Manager, Store Operations – Procurement oversees strategic planning, vendor partnerships, program governance, and communication for all procurement owned store operations initiatives, ensuring programs meet business needs while adhering to VS&Co standards, budget, and timelines.
Your Impact
• Provides leadership and direction for store operations procurement programs, including physical inventory programs, store supplies, packaging, transfer and damage activity, and related vendor managed services.
• Leads and develops direct reports, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and alignment to seasonal and annual business objectives.
• Acts as the primary liaison between Stores, Procurement, Inventory Control, Asset Protection, and vendor partners to ensure coordinated execution with minimal disruption to the associate and customer experience.
• Responsible for operationalizing procurement programs that support store inventory accuracy, readiness, and efficiency, shrink accountability initiatives, and store supply enablement.
• Oversees the operational lifecycle of core and specialty packaging programs by influencing requirements, usage guidance, field readiness, and store adoption, while Procurement retains sourcing and purchasing ownership.
• Partners with Procurement to influence buys, budgets, special purchase orders, and peak period readiness strategies, ensuring stores are supported during high volume and high risk timeframes.
• Ensures alignment of inventory timelines, transfers, damages, and returns to DC activities, maintaining accuracy in execution, reporting, and communication.
• Evaluates feedback, metrics, and operational data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced store experience.
• Partners with Asset Protection, HR, and field leadership to support shrink reduction initiatives, regulatory programs, and other core operational priorities.
• Leads and supports cross functional projects as needed to deliver enterprise store operations initiatives.
• Advise and direct field leaders on key operational and procedural activities related to store supply program and physical inventory execution
• Responsible for the management of budgets for both payroll and supplies for physical inventory activities
• Oversees the day to day management of store supply order process from procurement to fulfillment in stores and partners with procurement leaders to ensure supplies are available, order management site is efficient to use and items are being reviewed for cost effectiveness
• Works with procurement to identify additional vendors to support inventory management needs to ensure we maintain the flexibility in scheduling of all physical inventory activities and continue to meet necessary requirements
• Oversees the scheduling and field communication process for all physical inventory activities. In partnership with Asset Protection, Inventory Control and Central Planning identifies scheduling timelines which support necessary inventory vendors contractual scheduling requirements.
• Owns developing and maintaining processes, procedures, tools and onboarding activities that support store supplies, packaging and physical inventory programs for the field.
• Is an advocate for stores by soliciting feedback and driving improvements through strong working relationships with the field and cross functional teams.

Maximum Salary: $134,715.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5–7 years of specialty retail and/or store operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and influence high performing teams.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple programs and projects of varying size and complexity with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive level storytelling and field ready messaging.
• Ability to work cross functionally and influence business partners at all levels.
• High degree of emotional intelligence; values based leader with emphasis on the Associate and Customer Experience.
• Ability to travel 10–15 days per quarter as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint); experience with procurement and inventory management platforms a plus (e.g., Ariba, inventory systems).
