The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member IS THE TEAM!
I will be going on my 29th year of employment this May 2026. I enjoy my job but I have to say over the 29 years, I’ve seen a lot of changes! My experience has allowed me to see both good and challenging moments in the business, but no matter what we’ve always gotten the work done. I love the people I work with and have made a lot of friends. My favorite thing about this job is having goals and challenges along the way. All in all, I have enjoyed my years with the company.

Merchandise Processor

In my 28 years at VS&Co, I have experienced many positive changes within the company. I started at the company in 1996 and I have spent most of my career in the Active Panties department. Over the course of my career, I have been a trainer, back up group lead, and worked in almost every department in DC4. I have always appreciated the support I have recieved – in 1995, while working at DC4 through a 3rd party, I lost my apartment and belongings in a fire. DC4 stepped up and helped me come out of a that devastating loss I experienced. I have enjoyed my time here and this role.

Merchandise Processor

I was hired in 2014 as a seasonal MP during fall peak season at DC5. Once I was converted to a core associate, I joined the training team and learned I’m very passionate about helping others learn new skills and become successful. The leaders of the training team saw my passion and helped me develop the skills necessary to become a training facilitator. I am very grateful to have had mentors who helped me grow as a leader and achieve my career goals. To help me continue to develop my skills, I also had access to classes offered by the Learning and Development teams. In 2017 I became a core operations group lead , and I am now a core operations supervisor at DC6.
I love this company and my job! I love our culture and am very passionate about our core values. I have never worked for a company that cares about associates the way VS&Co does. There are opportunities for everyone here; if you come to work with us and have a desire to grow your career here, this company supports the development of talent.

Supervisor, Distribution Centers

I love my job because of leadership’s dedication to company values and culture. This company wide commitment creates a safe, thriving atmosphere where I’ve had unlimited opportunities to learn and grow in my career. The mentorship I have received in my few years of working here has been invaluable, and I am sincerely thankful for the encouragement and trust that has allowed me to thrive. We are truly better together, and Inclusion & Belonging is without a doubt everything!

My 28 years at VS&Co have and continue to challenge me to grow, learn, and be a contributor to the work the business is doing. I have had the opportunity to see how our culture has evolved over the years into what it is today. Our culture is one of the major reasons why I enjoy coming to work every day. Even more that that, at the center of our culture are the relationships that we’ve developed. We all matter. It has been great to be a part of the growth and development of other associates and seeing what we do make an impact to the success of our global brand while having fun.

I am an HR Senior Coordinator who has been with VS&Co for over 19 years. Throughout my tenure, I have served in a variety of roles, however one thing has remained consistent: my passion for creating a positive work environment. I started here at VS&Co as a cook. With the support and trust of the team and my leaders, I was able to work my way up to Sous Chef. I love working for a brand that rewards people who show up, are willing to learn, and bring passion to the kitchen.

Moving from Serbia to the United States was one of the biggest steps of my life, but Victoria’s Secret quickly became my home away from home. At Victoria’s Secret, the culture felt familiar, the support felt genuine, and my naturally direct communication style not only became part of my charm in the Tax department, but is also recognized and appreciated as the unique approach I bring. The Tax department has given me the chance to learn, lead, and contribute in meaningful ways, all while feeling valued for who I am and what I carry. Being a bilingual CPA in a new country isn’t about perfection – it’s about showing up as yourself. This is a reminder that home isn’t a place; sometimes it’s a company and a team that welcome your whole story.

I have such a strong passion for the brand. In my role I am an advocate for VS&Co and help to keep our brand story alive. Our online jobs database is updated regularly to ensure we are providing current information for prospective associates. Job postings are automatically removed from our online listings as those positions are filled.
Online recruitment scams are an increasing concern. Recruitment scams are being conducted by individuals who are not Victoria’s Secret & Co. associates. These scams use Victoria’s Secret & Co. associate names, company logos, similar emails, or other tactics in emails or false job opportunities.
These scams often victimize individuals by asking for financial payment, sensitive personal information, equipment purchases, banking, credit card, or other financial information prior to making a job offer. Victoria’s Secret will never ask for a payment, equipment purchase, financial information, or use online chat rooms, obscure communication apps, Gmail, or other social email accounts in the interview process. All legitimate career positions are posted on the Victoria’s Secret & Co. career site.
If you have any questions or concerns about the legitimacy of a job posting or career opportunity, please email us at ethicsVS@victoria.com.
