Your Impact:

·       Conceptualize and execute strong, forward thinking, 360-degree brand relevant PR and talent strategies to drive business growth, build brand equity, generate consistent brand exposure, and optimize storytelling.

·       Oversee Press, PR Events, Influencer relations and VIP program strategies for key product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal moments as well as an “always on” strategy.

·       Lead and manage a team of hardworking and strategic PR professionals

·       Manage relationship with PR agency, key press contacts, talent agents, management teams, and influencers/creators

·       Work closely with cross-functional partners to maximize PR & Influencer strategy, connectivity, effectiveness to create optimal business ROI

·       Support strategy for general PR activations including seasonal stylist previews, influencer and press events, activations, etc.

·       Manage seasonal and monthly budget

·       Oversee timely hindsight and performance recaps across brand launches and initiatives

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors to support and execute PR and events plans

·       Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our VIP & Influencer marketing initiatives by remaining current on industry trends, up-and-coming celebrities, influencers, etc.

·       Well-versed in press and influencer marketing reporting and KPIs

·       Highly motivated and committed with a can-do attitude – thrives on the demands of a busy work environment with enthusiasm, high energy, and a determination to deliver top tier results

·       Able to manage a myriad of demands, deadlines, and personalities

·       Creatively attuned and able to generate new ideas consistently that are in line with brand aesthetic 

·       Time management – punctual and reliable, detail oriented, able to confidently multi-task and manage others to perform multiple duties to the required deadlines

Minimum Salary : $138,000.00
Maximum Salary : $195,825.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
