Position Summary:
This position is responsible for utilizing high-lift equipment (automated Stacker Cranes, Turret Trucks and Stock Picker/Order Selector) to store and retrieve cases and pallets (in some cases two deep) from pallet and deck racking in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Unload and sort cartons of merchandise from semi-trailers based on pre-determined criteria
- Frequently lifting merchandise cartons or containers, while suspended in the air at excessive heights (30 feet) on standing power equipment while wearing a safety harness or up to and down from storage racking or conveyor lines
- Stacking of merchandise cartons or containers onto pallets or other storage containers
- Loading merchandise and equipment cartons onto trailers for outbound shipment
- Strong attention to detail: including locating specific cartons, simple math, ability to operate RF unit/tablet with a high degree of accuracy
- Operating of High Lift (Reach Lift and Stock Picker/Order Selector) and other power equipment to move merchandise from one area to another in the distribution center
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment through congestion on docks

Minimum Salary : $18.50

Job Qualifications:
- Must be a core associate in good standing
- Valid Driver License
- Must be a team player and able to work well with others
- Required to work mandatory overtime
- Ability to become certified/licensed to operate High Lift Equipment (Reach Lift and Stock Picker/Order Selector)
- Functions above involve standing, bending, twisting and frequent lifting of 50 pounds or greater for at least 85% of individual’s working hours
- Associate will operate equipment for potentially 50% or more of scheduled shift
- When necessary, individual must be flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC
