GENERAL SUMMARY
The Analyst supports the execution of sourcing strategies through analytics, reporting, governance, and process improvement. This role provides insights that influence decision-making and strengthen collaboration across the supply chain.
RESPONSIBILTIES

Support vendor and country-level sourcing strategies and maintain strategy governance.

Build and publish dashboards, KPI tracking, and analytics for senior management.

Track performance, risks, and execution progress against the sourcing strategy.

Conduct macro and country research on trends, risks, costs, and manufacturing shifts.

Perform scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to inform sourcing decisions.

Monitor capacity status and identify risks or constraints with strategic impact.

Manage supply chain scorecards and support vendor performance governance.

Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership.

Enhance reporting tools and identify opportunities for data or process improvements.

Support strategic projects such as sourcing optimization models, operating model evolution, and cross-functional initiatives.

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Merchandising, Textile Studies, or discipline.

5+ years of experience in analytical roles with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Knowledge of garment production, sourcing, or planning processes is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

High proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or VBA is a plus.
