GENERAL SUMMARY

The Analyst supports the execution of sourcing strategies through analytics, reporting, governance, and process improvement. This role provides insights that influence decision-making and strengthen collaboration across the supply chain.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Support vendor and country-level sourcing strategies and maintain strategy governance.

  • Build and publish dashboards, KPI tracking, and analytics for senior management.

  • Track performance, risks, and execution progress against the sourcing strategy.

  • Conduct macro and country research on trends, risks, costs, and manufacturing shifts.

  • Perform scenario planning and “what-if” analysis to inform sourcing decisions.

  • Monitor capacity status and identify risks or constraints with strategic impact.

  • Manage supply chain scorecards and support vendor performance governance.

  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership.

  • Enhance reporting tools and identify opportunities for data or process improvements.

  • Support strategic projects such as sourcing optimization models, operating model evolution, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Merchandising, Textile Studies, or discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of garment production, sourcing, or planning processes is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • High proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or VBA is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

  • A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
