What You’ll Do
As a Cook 1, you’ll play a hands-on role preparing hot and cold menu items that fuel and delight our associates. You’ll:

Prepare and cook items across a variety of stations including grill, deli, chopt, and grab-and-go.

Deliver exceptional customer service—greet guests, take orders, and ensure every interaction ends with satisfaction.

Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness at all times.

Support catering events and special culinary projects, bringing variety and creativity to your workday.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.

Minimum Salary : $15.50
Maximum Salary : $20.37
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
What We’re Looking For

Passion for food, creativity, and providing a great dining experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Previous culinary or food service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
