Your Role

The Senior Tax Analyst – Transfer Pricing position will support the Manager – Transfer Pricing with developing, implementing, documenting and defending Victoria’s Secret & Co. worldwide transfer pricing strategy. This role will be involved in the execution of transfer pricing planning and strategy projects that directly impact shareholder value. This role will work closely with the Brand to ensure that they are aligned with the tax department’s transfer pricing processes and procedures consistent with current tax laws and Victoria’s Secret & Co. values.

Your Impact

  • Analyze, forecast, and estimate transfer pricing adjustments (including cost sharing) quarterly for income tax provision.

  • Support local income tax return compliance related to transfer pricing for Victoria’s Secret & Co. operation countries. 

  • Identify and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure they are at arm’s length.

  • Development of functional and financial analyses to ensure intercompany transactions are arm’s length. Model potential intercompany transactions to support determination of tax effective structuring that aligns with business objectives.

  • Assist with benchmarking for purposes of evaluating the arm’s length nature of certain intercompany transactions.

  • Draft transfer pricing documentation including memos as required under tax laws of the various jurisdictions in which Victoria’s Secret & Co. operates throughout the world.

  • Monitor profit levels of major intercompany transactions during the year to determine whether adjustments are required.

  • Understand and support the implementation of BEPS Country by Country Action Item, particularly with respect to development and documentation of Local File and Master File reporting for Victoria’s Secret & Co.

  • Partner with various Victoria’s Secret & Co. business groups to ensure coordination with Tax. 

  • Ability to identify and drive process improvement 

  • Actively support the Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning group

Minimum Salary : $84,200.00
Maximum Salary : $114,975.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax, finance or accounting.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • CPA, MST or MBA is a plus

  • Experience with SAP/Hyperion accounting software is a plus

  • Experience with OneSource tax software is a plus
