Your Role 

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in collaboration with DC Operations, Engineers, contractors and leadership in order to support both short- and long-term Maintenance strategies. They provide oversight to maintain the facilities infrastructure and related assets. Reports to the Manager of Maintenance and provides leadership for Maintenance Technicians.

Your Impact

  • Support operating procedures and policies as they relate to material handling, conveyor, vehicle maintenance, electrical, HVAC, building, and ground keeping. 
  • Evaluate current priorities to maintain operational readiness and seek opportunities for continual improvement to meet long term business objectives. 
  • Create, read and interpret reporting from CMMS for proactive maintenance prioritization 
  • Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians 
  • Manage performance and provide feedback for areas of improvement 
  • Follow department purchasing and invoicing approval procedures

Minimum Salary : $74,500.00
Maximum Salary : $99,750.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a related Industrial Maintenance environment 
  • General familiarity with Information Systems as related to Maintenance Management, Purchasing and Inventory 
  • In-depth familiarity with facility operations and related procedures 
  • Effectiveness in working within a team/matrix organization  
  • Strong project management skills including vendor and contractor coordination 
  • Requires strong communication, excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Open communication style inspiring collaboration and a happy, healthy culture. 
  • Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skills
