Your Impact
- Ensure the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability
- Weekly meetings with cross functional teams providing updated delivery dates and identifying priorities that may require expedited shipments from vendors
- Support process- and/or inventory productivity improvement projects which may span from Vendor to Store partners within Brand and Logistics functions when performing the above
- Gain appreciation for Supply Chain Planning, acquire relevant business knowledge, and demonstrate analytics capability by end of assignment
- Lead inventory flow meetings and facilitate discussions with cross functional supply chain teams
- Provide feedback on and enhance SOP documentation and on-boarding process
- Is a trusted advisor through the development of relationships with MP&A, Store Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Production; Provides these groups with analytics and insights which improvement the alignment between demand, supply, and operations capabilities
- Create a development plan for the duration of the assignment and participate in weekly check-in of development progress with manager
- Participate in self-evaluation and receive a formal performance evaluation at the middle and end of the assignment
Minimum Salary : $25.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience
- Pursuing a degree in relevant field
- Must be able to work full-time for during the months of January through July 2026
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required
