Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Digital Content Production to oversee the flawless execution of content across the website and all digital marketing channels. This individual will lead a team of channel-focused producers, collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations to deliver impactful, high-quality content that drives brand success.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of related experience, with a proven ability to lead, optimize processes, and ensure clear communication across multiple teams. You will be responsible for identifying critical moments, managing priorities, and proactively identifying risks while driving continuous improvement in digital content execution

Your Impact

·       Lead and Manage a Team: Lead and mentor a team of producers who are responsible for executing digital content across channels. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth, creativity, and continuous improvement. Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to help team members grow professionally.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations to ensure the seamless delivery of content. Be a strategic partner, ensuring that the right resources are in place and that all teams are aligned on project timelines, goals, and expectations.

·       Flawless Content Execution: Oversee the flawless execution of digital content, ensuring that all marketing assets and website updates are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Effectively manage project timelines and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project status and critical updates.

·       Prioritization and Risk Management: Identify and prioritize critical moments in the content production process. Proactively alert leadership to potential risks, ensuring timely interventions to keep projects on track.

·       Process Optimization: Partner with operations teams to identify and recommend process optimization opportunities, ensuring that workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Continuously assess and improve processes to drive repeatability and operational excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

·       Leverage data and analytics from various sources to drive repeatability, optimization, and continuous improvement. Use insights to enhance the customer experience and ensure that all content aligns with customer expectations.

·       Customer-Centric Approach: Always prioritize the customer in every aspect of content development and execution. Ensure that the customer’s needs, preferences, and experiences are at the forefront of all digital marketing initiatives.

·       Clear Communication: Serve as a central communication hub for the team, providing clear, concise updates and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Be an effective listener and communicator, ensuring that all internal and cross-functional teams are well-informed and aligned.

Minimum Salary : $125,500.00
Maximum Salary : $171,360.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

·       5-8 years of experience in digital production, marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven experience managing and mentoring a team in a digital content or production environment.

·       Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, creative, merchandising, and operations.

·       A strategic thinker with a keen ability to identify critical moments and manage risks effectively.

·       Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decisions, optimize processes, and improve outcomes.

·       Ability to design and implement training initiatives to promote team growth and development.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

·       A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to design content strategies that align with customer needs and expectations.

·       Experience in process optimization and recommending improvements for operational efficiency

 

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

·       Experience working with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Adobe Workfront.

·       Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS).

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
