Now is an exciting time to join Victoria’s Secret and the in-house Media team as we grow and evolve our approach to paid media and advertising.
We’re seeking for a dynamic, results-oriented Campaign Planning Senior Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing full-funnel advertising programs, and helping inform creative/content optimizations across digital media channels, including Social, CTV, OLV, Digital Partnerships, OOH, and Audio. Your ability to think strategically and stay ahead of latest industry trends will be key in helping us hit our marketing objectives.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure that each campaign is not only aligned with our brand goals but also optimized across Paid Marketing Channels for success every step of the way.

Your Impact:

Participate in seasonal brand briefing and extract focus areas for Paid Media to inform campaign playbooks

Craft campaign briefs, informing strategic and tactical media approach

Contribute to weekly discussions with creative partners, informing creative briefs, providing asset feedback, partnering with Upper Funnel and Lower Funnel Specialists, ensuring alignment across full-funnel media touchpoints

Develop data-driven, actionable insights to inform full-funnel content strategy in partnership with the Campaign Planning Manager

Deliver Campaign Wrap Reports in collaboration with Media Channel Leads

Stay current on marketing and media trends, as well as channel/platform best practices, to inform campaign planning and culturally relevant content

Minimum Salary : $96,800.00
Maximum Salary : $132,195.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
-
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization
-
Experience in paid media and managing creative assets preferred
-
Deep knowledge across Social and Digital Media channels
-
Experience in omni-channel campaign development/planning process

Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

This role can be based out of New York City headquarter. As a hybrid role, this person will be expected to be in-office 2-3 days during the week, typically Tuesdays-Thursdays.
Additional Preferred Experience:

Experience working with creative teams a plus

Experience working across owned & earned channels, beyond paid media

Experience working with project management tools such as Salesforce and Adobe
