Your Role
The Traffic Coordinator position is responsible for participating in a systematic, well documented, but flexible process to facilitate workflow between Marketing Strategy, Creative, Visual, Merchants, Planning, and Production. This position coordinates internal approvals of creative deliverables, including routing copy, layouts, and proofs. Candidate should possess the ability to maintain and influence procedures to enhance the Traffic process.

Your Impact

Open new projects in Adtrax (Traffic Workflow system)

Utilize Smartsheet to monitor incoming project requests and track their progress

Collaborate with Production and Creative teams to build timelines for all projects

Oversee project timelines and follow up with designers on due dates

Route all copy, layouts, and content to appropriate partners and communicate changes to once reviewed

Update Adtrax system each day to reflect current status to production partners

Review floorset launch calendar and notify stakeholders of scheduling changes, conflicts, and new requests

Review Promotional tools to ensure all offer activity is accounted for store support

Collaborate with Testing team to ensure signage needs are met with the test owners

Troubleshoot projects in jeopardy to expedite completion through collaboration with cross functional partners for resource allocation and Production for timing constraints

Partner with production, brand guide and store communications on in-store communication and logistic tracking in relation to sign packs, advertising, in-store handouts, direct mail, and packaging

Conduct weekly status meetings with Creative, Production, and Strategy partners

Attend meetings with leadership to provide information and collect notes for distribution

Support and shepherd process with all Marketing and other cross-functional partners

Along with Store Signage, support Special Projects including Direct Mail, Bag Stuffers, Coupons, and other miscellaneous projects for printing

Minimum Salary : $58,000.00
Maximum Salary : $76,125.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
-
2-4 years’ experience in “traffic/coordination” or project management related position, previous retail, agency, or marketing experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work in high stress-tight deadline environment

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
