Graphic Designer is responsible for creating innovative, brand right seasonal graphics based on trend research. Responsible for working on in season graphic development for all PINK product categories including intimates, apparel, swim, sleep, and accessories. Collaborates with key cross-functional partners to meet deliverables. Demonstrates a passion for Victoria’s Secret Pink, inspires individuals, and relies on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·       Supports the Senior Designer in the creation of brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategy.

·       Create seasonal graphics and icons from concept to execution for all categories and special product launches based on trend research, working knowledge of fashion trends, business strategy and reflect the customer’s needs.

·       Research and develop elevated graphic and surface techniques to push innovation.

·       Use seasonal color palettes in graphic concepts to effectively provide color direction for cross functional partners

·       Utilize resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and stay up to date on competitor research/trend analysis.

·       Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including graphic and print design teams to create the overarching category needs that tie into the seasonal concept.

·       Collaborates and follows up on deliverables with key partners throughout the design process including Print Stylists, Product Designers and Surface Technologist teams.

  • Attend key conceptual and brand milestone conversations to align with all design and cross functional partners.
  • Deliver compelling and articulate presentations to influence vision and evolution of the Pink Brand.

    Ensure deliverables meet budget commitments and calendar deadlines. Identifying efficiencies without compromising design excellence.

·       Achieves set goals with acute attention-to-detail, tracking progress & anticipating potential issues.

·       Creates and maintains organization and accuracy of presentation documents and graphic toolboxes utilizing tools such as InDesign, Smartsheet and file servers.

Minimum Salary : $85,700.00
Maximum Salary : $114,660.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

 

          BFA in Graphic Design or relevant experience with a proven history of commercially successful graphics

          Minimum 3-5 years apparel graphics graphics experience

          Strong knowledge of Adobe CC programs for Mac OS including Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop.

          Experience w/ Clo 3D a plus

          Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

          Strong verbal and digital communication skills.

          Strong attention to detail with typographic layouts and file naming/organization.

          Knowledge of GenZ customer

          Hand illustration skills are a plus.
