Financial Analyst – Invoice Audit :

The Financial Analyst plays a key role on the Lease Administration Finance team by ensuring Landlord 
charges are billed accurately and paid in a timely manner. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical 
thinking capabilities and excellent communication skills. The candidate is also enthusiastic, self-motivated 
and demonstrates the ability to drive results.

Key responsibilities:

• Gain an overall understanding of Real Estate payment process
• Develop/maintain effective relationships with landlords
• Address landlord inquiries in a timely manner
• Interpret lease language and audit landlord invoices to ensure lease compliance
• Process invoices for payment, ensuring proper level of approvals are obtained
• Adjust monthly escrow payments as appropriate
• Reconcile landlord statements with our records and resolve differences
• Review weekly and monthly payment runs for completeness/accuracy and ensure compliance with 
delegations of authority
• Collect required documentation to process vendor changes in partnership with the Vendor’s team
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
