Position Title: Senior Manager, Ethics &Compliance Investigations

Your Role

The SR MGR, ETHICS & COMPLIANCE INVESTIGATIONS is a leadership position on the Global Ethics & Compliance team responsible for leading and conducting ethics and compliance investigations.&nbsp The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted internal resource for associates and leaders on ethics-related issues, lead global investigations of suspected and reported violations of company policy and the Code of Ethics, and manage a team of E&C investigators. This position will report to the DIRECTOR, ETHICS & COMPLIANCE and work closely across the Ethics & Compliance team, as well as with internal partners in Legal, Finance, HR, and Compliance.

Your Impact

  • Lead and conduct complex E&C investigations, including developing investigation plans, collecting and analyzing evidence, collaborating with internal partners, conducting interviews, and developing investigation report.
  • Provide oversight of and collaborate with international resources for E&C investigations outside the United States.
  • Partnering with and supporting other VS&Co corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Asset Protection) through training, engagement and monitoring, to ensure that investigations are conducted fairly, consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Lead a team of investigators to manage overall ethics and compliance case workload.
  • Maintain consistent, complete and organized case files utilizing ethics & compliance case management system.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in investigation process, outcomes, and remediation.
  • Serve as mentor and trainer for internal investigators to ensure best practices in investigative techniques and internal investigation processes.
  • Provide guidance to associates seeking help with questions related to ethics & compliance policies, misconduct or the Code of Ethics.
  • Review regulatory requirements and incorporate those requirements into the development and advancement of investigation processes.
  • Support other E&C initiatives, including ethics culture assessment, focus groups, and training and communications.

Minimum Salary : $125,500.00
Maximum Salary : $171,360.00

Education

  • Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience, including deep knowledge and experience in planning, conducting and leading sensitive and complex investigations.
  • Knowledge of the Foreign Corruption Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, and Department of Justice expectations for an effective ethics and compliance program.
  • Familiarity with ethics Hotlines and/or case management tools.
  • B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • J.D., MBA, or other advanced degree, CPA, CFE, or other anti-corruption certifications preferred.
  • Professional certification such as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
  • Foreign language skills (Spanish) a plus
  • Strong PC skills.&nbsp Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
