Your Role:

The Senior Pricing Analyst will build and maintain the pricing strategies and processes for Victoria’s Secret US and Canada stores and Digital (domestic). Associate will manage pricing as it relates to initial ticket pricing, promotions, and markdowns. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment is experienced with IT/digital tools can flex between large data management and tactical planning and is comfortable presenting to all management levels. Will contribute to operational excellence and provide governance for systems, process, and execution in support of pricing business objectives. &nbsp

Your Impact:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from the initial pricing strategy to markdown of product&nbsp
  • Build, evolve and maintain the pricing business process
  • Ticket pricing, promotion execution, and clearance pricing across multiple channels
  • Lead business team’s role in building, testing, and implementing system enhancements &nbsp
  • Project manage semi-annual sale clearance execution two times per year as well as all seasonal Markdown events
  • Work with cross functional partners to implement business critical events (Black Friday, stress tests, etc..)&nbsp
  • Leverage cross functional partners to evolve technology consistent with change in the business&nbsp
  • Support pricing related marketing activities &nbsp
  • Maintain a historical view of promotional activities
  • Collaborate with Planning and Merchant Teams to ensure the correct product is being promoted&nbsp
  • Serves as an integral member of the broader MP & A team, actively participating in weekly business and offer alignment meetings, providing recommendations and pricing guidance&nbsp
  • Cross-training team to build backup support and setup team to support growth plans in this space&nbsp

Minimum Salary : $74,500.00
Maximum Salary : $99,750.00

Qualifications

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or related&nbsp
  • Previous work experience in pricing, marketing, merchandise planning or financial analysis, preferably in a retail environment&nbsp
  • Store experience highly desirable&nbsp
  • Experience with cross functional projects and process &nbsp
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high change, collaborative environment&nbsp
  • Strong attention to detail&nbsp
  • Quantitative aptitude strongly desired&nbsp
  • Self-motivated, curious, and innovative&nbsp
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and decision making skills&nbsp
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel &nbsp
