As a Specialist of Programmatic Media, you will be responsible for hands-on keyboard management of programmatic campaigns including programmatic display and video advertising. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.

Your Impact:
- Assist in planning, execution, and day-to-day optimizations of programmatic campaigns.
- Work with demand-side-platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 & The Trade Desk to help implement and optimize campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, etc. and support the team in identifying areas of optimizations.
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Assist with the analysis of campaign data, generating basic reports, and supporting the team in identifying trends and insights to improve future campaigns.
- Help manage relationships with programmatic vendors and assist with any troubleshooting or technical issues.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on programmatic media budgets, ensuring campaigns are within budget and meet KPIs.
- Stay current on the latest programmatic trends and industry best practices to refine strategies and tools.

Minimum Salary : $85,700.00
Maximum Salary : $114,660.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying or digital advertising.
- Experience with DSPs (such as DV360, TTD & Amazon), ad exchanges, ad servers, verification partners, white lists, PMPs, and related ad tech preferred
- Experience within an agency or retail organization preferred.
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable items.
- Ability to work with campaign data and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to track performance.
- Strong attention to detail when managing campaigns, budgets, and reporting.
- This role can be based in either our Reynoldsburg, OH (Columbus area) or New York, NY offices
- As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office two days during the week, typically Wednesday and Thursday
- Occasional travel involved
