Domestic Manager Summary / Description:
The Domestic Transportation Manager role will manage 3PL daily execution to support the local shuttle and yard management transportation activities, as well as peak, and storage needs.
Additionally, this role will support the domestic transportation network separation between our current 3PL and Victoria’s Secret. This role will manage to project timelines, initiatives, milestone tracking, etc. to support separation work related to the following work streams; Inbound, Outbound, Linehaul, Yard, and other potential activities. This role is a change agent who will evolve and shape the role through continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary:
· Support the growth and development of Victoria’s Secret Domestic transportation network into our next evolution
· Lead the strategic partnership with our 3PL to support a logistics network that supports deliveries to 800 stores nationally and providing time-definite delivery of over 7 million cartons with a retail value exceeding 4 billion dollars.
· Cultivate existing relationships and coordination with brand store operations teams to ensure changes and plans are integrated into the domestic transportation plans.
· Lead cross functional teams in continuous improvement opportunities, to include performance factors and trend reporting associated with the store delivery and local market logistics services.
Responsibilities Include:
· Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve network service and cost efficiency with internal teams and 3PL.
· Effectively manage the development of Victoria’s Secret owned Domestic network including all or parts of the following: Inbound, Outbound, Yard, etc.
· Provide recommendations for development of new capabilities within the network.
· Leads internal performance reporting evaluating current network & 3PL performance.
· Provide support to internal teams for optimized flow of goods, for inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
· Participate & lead formal service reviews with Senior Management of 3PL. This may include vendor, DC, RDC visits and coordinating meetings with cross functional partners.

Minimum Salary : $84,200.00
Maximum Salary : $114,975.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, Transportation, Logistics, or other relevant business discipline preferred.
· A minimum of 7 years prior experience successfully in Transportation or Logistics Operations Management experience. (Preferably fleet management experience.)
· Possesses integrity, interpersonal, and leadership skills to accomplish results with and through individuals and teams. Proven leadership skills directing a small exempt and non-exempt team. Self-starter with initiative to action strategic vision of team and leadership goals for the store delivery network.
· Operates successfully within a team/matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes. Interacts effectively with all levels of internal and external organizations, suppliers, and customers.
· Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong time management skills to adapt successfully to agility needs in workload.
· Possesses working knowledge and experience with technology and system applications used to support transportation and logistics operations and information requirements.
· Travel could be 20%+ to support network operations.
