Now is an exciting time to join Victoria’s Secret and the in-house Media team as we grow and evolve our approach to paid media and advertising.
We’re seeking for a dynamic, results-oriented Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning advertising programs, supporting creative briefings throughout the seasonal campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is both creative and analytical. You’ll have the opportunity to bridge media and creative as you analyze campaign results and inform creative/content optimizations across multiple media channels, including Social, CTV, OLV, Digital Partnerships, and OOH. Your ability to think strategically and stay ahead of latest industry trends and cultural conversations will be key in helping us hit our marketing objectives.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that each campaign has cohesive strategic approach to market that our target customers will connect with.

Your Impact:
- Create paid media content briefs and guide weekly discussions with creative partners. Provide asset feedback, ensuring alignment across media touchpoints
- Manage VS PINK campaign assets and refreshes
- Ability to think from the perspective of our target audience
- Ability to understand what triggers our customers to engage and interact in media
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics and reporting
- Plan, activate and optimize VS PINK integrated media plans supporting full-funnel campaigns
- Manage workstreams, processes and timelines cross-functioning partners, vendors and in-house media channel teams for successful campaign execution
- Stay current on marketing and media trends, as well as channel/platform best practices, to inform media strategies and creative briefings
- Ability to analyze a variety of influencer/creator content to inform optimization strategy
- Can-do mindset, insatiable curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. Passion for paid media and content creation

Minimum Salary : $76,100.00
Maximum Salary : $99,855.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization
· Experience in paid media and/or managing creative assets preferred
· Knowledgeable across Social platform media capabilities
· This role can be based out of New York City headquarter. As a hybrid role, this person will be expected to be in-office 2-3 days during the week, typically Tuesdays-Thursdays.
Additional Preferred Experience:
· Experience working with creative teams a plus
· Experience working with project management tools such as Salesforce and Adobe
· Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
