Your Role
The Sr. Manager of Textile Technology ensures all prints, patterns, graphics, and colors meet design intent and enhance our products in a commercially viable and cost effective way. The Sr. Manager partners with Print/Graphic Designers, Product Designers, Merchants, regional offices, printers, and vendors to manage workload, identify and overcome obstacles, and make sure deadlines are met.
This role understands strategic business needs and stays up-to-date on all textile technology to ensure our business is utilizing best-in-class services. Leads, coaches, and develops team of textile technologists.

Your Impact
· Manage team of print and graphics technologists; coach, develop and ensure a high-functioning team
· Lead authority on technical information for prints and graphics such as feasibility, new techniques, problem solving
· Lead cross-functional partnerships with CAD and Print/Graphic Design teams and for the Regional Teams, Vendors, PD, Production and Product Design.
· Partner with Ops and PD to ensure calendar is workable to get strike offs approved for orders and sample yardage for color samples and PSRs
· Coordinate local digital printing, as needed

Minimum Salary : $144,300.00
Maximum Salary : $197,085.00

Your Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree (preferably with a concentration in apparel production management) or equivalent experience
· Min 10 years’ experience in print pattern and graphic product development and sourcing
· Domestic/International travel as required.
· Prior experience leading a team
· Expertise in repeat of artwork, fabric content and printing machine type and basic testing for QA.
· Expertise in printing, yarn dyes, and graphic manufacturing.
· Expertise in garment washing, garment dyeing and fabric finishing.
· Expertise in printing process (understanding how print pattern and graphic development impacts the product development process through commercialization and applies knowledge to ensure business objectives are achieved).
· Excellent in approving colors and layout for pattern and graphic strike offs
· Ability to offer solutions to manufacturing challenges.
· Good management skills to lead associate member.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, Centric and Photoshop.
