Your Role

The Capacity & Resource Management (C&RM) Analyst at VS & Co. is responsible for analyzing and improving the utilization of ~1,200 technical resources that support projects and steady state operations.  This role partners with multiple teams across Finance and Technology to drive financial/operational performance.  The Analyst facilitates the capacity and resource management process by providing visibility to key C&RM metrics with Finance and Technology leaders.   Additional responsibilities include functional administration of our time tracking solution (Clarity PPM) and operational support for Project Approval Requests.  The Analyst directly interacts with individual contributors and multiple levels of leadership in Columbus, Ohio and Bangalore, India.

Your Impact

  • Interaction and influence with leaders, including lead discussions/presentations
  • Collaborate effectively with partners across diverse skillsets
  • Mine for areas of opportunity to streamline processes to enable continued productivity increases
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently while effectively prioritizing them
  • Build, update and deliver key reporting (Timesheet Compliance, Resource Capacity & Demand, Forecast Accuracy, etc) according to C&RM reporting schedule
  • Ensure new hires and newly promoted people managers are properly onboarded with Resource Management processes through monthly training sessions.  Provide continuing education for leaders to improve the utilization and staffing effectiveness for the VSIT labor pool.
  • Perform functional administrative duties (resource profile and investments maintenance, leadership hierarchy updates, etc) in Clarity Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with authoritative data sources (Salesforce, Cherwell, SAP Projects)
  • Ensure timely completion and proper closure of related incidents and request tasks in Cherwell work queue)
  • Perform ad-hoc and special project analysis as directed

Minimum Salary : $66,200.00
Maximum Salary : $86,835.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or 3 to 5 years of business experience
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
  • Ability to build partnerships across functions
  • Experience using ServiceNow SPM module or other project & portfolio management tools (Clarity PPM, Planview, Changepoint, etc.)
  • PC skill proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
