Finance Operations (25%)

Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, schedules.

Perform bank reconciliations and explain discrepancies.

Prepare balance sheet analysis, black book, and cash count reports.

Create monthly MIS reports for the regional team.

Analyze monthly bank GLs, temp labor costs, and credit card expenses.
Financial Controls & Hygiene (30%)
-
Review T&E claims and ensure compliance with policies.

Check authenticity of supporting documents and DOA approvals.

Perform FCPA reviews for sensitive vendors.
-
Conduct vendor onboarding control checks and due diligence.

Monitor corporate credit card usage and ensure timely settlements.
Joint Venture Financial Management (25%)

Participate in monthly JV performance reviews and budgeting.

Perform analytical reviews of audited JV financials.
-
Facilitate impairment reviews and coordinate secretarial tasks.
FP&A Analytics (as needed)

Provide expense and travel analysis with variance commentary.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.4+ years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong English communication (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint.
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
