Your Role:

The Associate Planner – Intimates will be responsible for creating SKU level product and inventory plans for Victoria’s Secret Global (VSG).  The Associate Planner will be responsible for creating partner level allocations based on retail sales trends and inventory needs.  The Associate Planner will provide retail sales analysis, insights and recommendations to maximize sales and profitability for VSG and our partners.

Your Impact:

  • Responsible for creating SKU level product and inventory plans for the intimates category to achieve topline financial targets.
  • Executes key planning processes related to buys and in season management (PO’s, partner allocations, etc.).
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Merchandising, Operations, etc.) to achieve both financial and merchandising objectives.
  • Identify product opportunities and recommend adjustment of shipment receipts and flow based on sales performance.
  • Prepare key inventory and sales reports to support Merchandise Planning Committee meeting (MPC) and other management meetings.

Minimum Salary : $66,200.00
Maximum Salary : $86,835.00

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2+ years corporate retail experience
  • Excellent retail math and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player
  • Ability to drive results through strong attention to detail and accurate and effective communication
  • Excellent Excel skills, ability to use excel to analyze large volumes of data
  • Strong Word and PowerPoint
  • International experience a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater required
