Your Role:

The D&D Analyst executes pre-season and current-season inventory deployment functions to support store inventory and sales for Victoria’s Secret Lingerie. This position will be responsible for deploying inventory, managing relationships with Franchise Partners, working with cross-functional partners on the international and domestic teams, and assisting with special projects. The D&D Analyst will strategically assess the demand and inventory position across the business with the intent of aligning financial and operational plans. The D&D Analyst will ensure consistent execution of the inventory deployment plans and alignment with the business strategy across all categories as related to assortments, priorities, and objectives to ensure optimum inventory levels to maximize sales and margin. The D&D Analyst will champion approaches to unlock incremental opportunities at the store/size level within market geographies/stores.

Your Impact:

  • Partner with MP&A managers from all lines of business to perform analytics and generate reporting that supports inventory initiatives
  • Participate in floorset and strategy planning, inventory and demand forecasting alignment, and size selling analysis driving local merchandise distortions across all lines of business
  • Support MP&A team by identifying areas of opportunity in the assortment and adapt future deployments to reflect new learnings and strategies
  • Leverage an understanding of all lines of business to unlock efficiencies in reporting and deployment processes
  • Generate ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Perform analysis of store-level callouts from partners
  • Maintain effective written and verbal communication with the global team in order to increase productivity

Minimum Salary : $74,500.00
Maximum Salary : $99,750.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning and/or inventory deployment – preferably in international retail markets
  • High level of technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel required
  • Proficiency with some/all of the following systems preferred: MSI (Microstrategy), JDA Allocation, Manugistics, SAP, and Salesforce
  • Excellent statistical/quantitative analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a team player and to foster a commitment to teamwork among associates

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
