Position Title: Visual Merchandising Manager – Beauty
Your Role
Victoria’s Secret International. The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for elevating the brand experience and managing all visual merchandising endeavors as they relate to building the business for Victoria’s Secret International with a focus on Beauty. This role will lead visual strategies and execute floorsets that build brand equity, are customer intuitive, and scalable for all stores. They will collaborate closely with Merchants, Regional, Creative, Marketing and other cross functional partners to ensure optimal profitability and in-store experience.

Your Impact
- Develop, replicate, and adapt visual merchandising strategies & trends with a view on sales volume & brand experience
- Partner and build relationships with the US teams to understand Brand strategy while advocating and influencing for International opportunities
- Work closely with merchant team to understand product collections and key item strategies
- Influence Merchants and Design on development of the line, providing a dimensional view of seasonal presentation and identify big ideas/tier opportunities that could be leveraged
- Partner with cross functional teams to optimize seasonal space planning, working directly with field Visual and functional leaders to gain alignment
- Build and maintain calendar of execution for floorsets and all other projects
- Execute floorsets for all formats using 3D software
- Present and provide insight for each floorset to internal and external teams through various meetings and communication tools
- Validate all final floorset maps, delivery updates, and tiers for designated product information when creating Visual Merchandising tools (including Brand Guide)
- Work directly with Field Visual and Visual leadership to identify opportunities, gain customer/associate feedback, and explore continued presentation development to achieve optimal execution and selling success
- Support and focus on the Travel Retail channel with direct report

Minimum Salary : $84,200.00
Maximum Salary : $114,975.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Your Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Design/Creative related position preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Experience developing and managing talent
- Acute sense of brand and customer intimacy
- Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-culturally and build strong relationships
- Positive, cooperative with a “can do” attitude
- Flexible, innovative and creative – a problem solver who recognizes opportunities and quickly turns them into recommendations
- Organized and detail oriented
- Fast thinking and fast acting
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Cloud applications; 3D platform
- Approximately 10% travel
