Description

 

Provide complex technical development and technology leadership for small to medium size projects/modules and daily support within the Oracle HCM space. Ensure adherence to current standards and maintain a commitment to high quality implementations. Follow the established processes, policies, standards, and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards. Maintain and Administer the Application Environment. Take business requirements and functional design/stories to develop an overall technical design and ensure the design is executed appropriately into production. Conduct appropriate test reviews on assigned projects and ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner. Work with Technologists based in multiple, global locations. Research and analyze existing systems and technologies. Participate in Business Requirements meetings and story reviews. Participate, review, and approve in technical designs and development of small to medium complexity enhancements/modules for existing systems. Develop Unit and Integration Test Cases for Code Coverage and Test execution during development. Perform code reviews. Task based development. Participate in the functional design process/story review to provide technical solutions. Create detailed technical design deliverables and detailed tasks. Review estimates provided by Manager/Technical Lead to ensure execution of development can be done in time allotted. Communicate status and issues to Technical Lead/Manager on a weekly basis. Analyze and debug skills to quickly identify root cause for resolution (medium complexity). Identify performance improvements and resolve prior to project implementation. Participate in rotational 24x7x365 on call support. Review, document, categorize, and close interactions. Contribute ideas to minimize operational support. Work with functional and infrastructure partners as necessary for successful delivery/resolution. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required – employee may live anywhere in the United States.

 

Minimum Salary : $138,590.00
Maximum Salary : $150,360.00

Qualifications

 

Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and 7 years of experience, including 7 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technology; 7 years of experience in documenting requirement and functional specification documentation for system enhancements and regulatory changes; 7 years of experience with query writing and execution, data validation and analysis; 7 years of experience writing use cases, test cases, test scripts, configurations, reports, and interfaces for all common SDLC test phases, including FIT/SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR test phases; 7 years of experience leading functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation, problem negotiation, and mediation;  7 years of advanced knowledge and experience in extracting data from Oracle HCM utilizing BI Report and extracts; 7 years of experience with advanced configuration in Oracle Compensation, Core HR, Talent Management, and Benefits; and 7 years Oracle HCM implementation experience with high volume, global organizations.
