Victoria’s Secret & Co. is offering Graduate Trainee Program based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is a unique two-year program for students to obtain firsthand experience working for this world-famous brand and learn from our industry’s top talents.

1st year & 2nd year: Specialized in the Manufacturing Excellence function to focus on building fundamental and advanced technical skills. Holistic overview of company operations through rotation to different key functions.
Throughout the 2 years: We will provide leadership support and training on soft skills in order to enrich the learnings and balance the skill set of trainees besides technical skills, including buddy support, regular touch bases with senior leaders and mentor support.
After the Program: We will confirm placement to those who demonstrated the strong capability, high potential, and full commitment within the organization.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Process Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Technology or relevant academic training.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning capability and curiosity or candidates with 1-2 year(s) of relevant industry experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Mature, self-motivated and independent.
• Strong business acumen and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong mobility and be flexible to accept to be trained in different locations.
