Description

  • Sourcing Strategy: Formulation of vendor and country sourcing strategy, monitor key performance indicators, prepare documentation for senior management review and sign off and publish monthly sourcing tracking dashboards.
  • Projection Management: Ensure timely circulation by MP&A of FG and RM long range projections and develop tools to monitor projection deviations ensuring accountability of tolerance levels. Collaborate with teams to release monthly projection circulation, monitor projection deviations and create reports for monthly review.
  • Capacity Management: Ensure adequate overall capacity is positioned and available with the supply chain in order to support the 1-2 year sourcing strategy, do the due diligence and support formulation of long term plans to develop and build capacity where needed with the mill base and vendor base in order to align with our sourcing game plan. Liaise with teams on monthly and seasonal capacity status.
  • Supply Chain Performance:  Build and monitor robust supply chain scorecard, action plans and allocation implications focused on innovation, flexibility, speed, cost, sustainability
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross functional teams including Production Planning, Demand Planning, Production Management, Raw Material Technical, Technical Design, Product Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Excellence, Operations, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure cohesive and integrated supply chain strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Feasibility to be done of vendor delegated and managed activities and functions to optimize on end-to-end operational efficiencies.     
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
  • Data Analytics and Process Enhancement: Utilize data and analytics for senior management reporting. Identify new tools and systems to support enhancements of existing reports and dashboards maintained for Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Raw Material Planning Teams. Streamline and implement new SOPs within areas requiring process enhancement and harmonization.
  • Transformation Projects and Initiatives: Play an integral role in enterprise projects, including process enhancements and end to end system solutions.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in related fields / functions with managerial experience
  • Solid experience and knowledge in cross-country sourcing strategies and supply chain strategies.
  • General knowledge of garment industry
  • Ability to envision change and support Strategic Initiatives across the Business
  • A strategic thinker with advanced negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven record in cross functional team management
  • Able to navigate and influence as a trusted adviser to leadership. 
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems which have impact to the business.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, fully matrix global organization.
  • Prior experience of project management and ability to drive and manage projects through the entire project lifecycle
  • Proficient in Word, Excel advanced functions and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy, Snowflake and Power BI would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent.
