Your Role 

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for creating sales forecasts across North American stores and making recommendations to Stores leadership by leaning into recent trends and enhancing future planning.  The role is also responsible for maintaining all aspects of the fleet’s monthly incentive program and ad-hoc contests.  This SFA will work cross-functionally with Stores Operations, Stores HR, Regional Leaders, District Managers, Workforce Management, and other Finance partners to conduct financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc projects to support business decision-making.

Your Impact  

  • Responsible for the weekly generation of daily store-level sales forecasts that align with corporate sales strategy, including review of store-level trends, real estate activity, and company-wide promotions
  • Manage a weekly forecast hindsight process to identify areas of strength and opportunity to enhance future forecasts
  • Own a rolling quarterly sales forecast by store and partner with cross-functional teams to broadly guide sales and workload expectations to the fleet
  • Analyze business trends to align P&L investments and developing action plans to influence the timing and funding of fleet-wide initiatives and individual store accountability 
  • Review outlier stores to optimize performance and work with field leaders and home office partners to unlock opportunities
  • Maintain headcount reporting and analysis of new hires and onboarding data
  • Maintain all aspects of the fleet’s monthly incentive program including sales and retail metric reporting, performance summaries for field leaders, and the submission of payout templates
  • Create and maintain robust ad-hoc incentives to support launches, Holiday, and other key moments
  • Develop flexible complex financial models, analyze and review significant amounts of data, problem solve, and develop executive level summaries
  • Work in a face-paced, team-based, cross-functional environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all cross-functional partners
  • Complete additional projects as required

Minimum Salary : $82,500.00
Maximum Salary : $112,665.00

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Advanced PC skill proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects 
  • Strong multitasking ability and demonstrated self-management, organizational, prioritization & time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various levels of management and group decision making

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree a plus 
  • Three to five years of related financial analysis experience
  • Retail experience a plus
