Your Role
At VS&Co, PDP is the end-to-end operating system that takes products from concept to floor set. It encompasses the processes, ways of working, technology, decision rights, performance measures, and partner integration required to create, engineer, decide, make, scale, deliver, and continuously improve product.

The AVP Production & Sourcing Operations leads enterprise-level process design, governance, transformation, and capability building across the product creation process. Working closely with Brand Operations and cross-functional leaders, the AVP establishes and evolves the common PDP operating framework while preserving flexibility for different brands, categories, product types, and levels of risk.

The AVP leads the enterprise PDP transformation portfolio sponsored by the Executive Vice President, translating business needs into improved processes, differentiated product creation pathways, and new capabilities that deliver speed. This includes dashboard creation and reporting, 3D implementation, AI-enabled design capabilities, and AI-driven trend insights. The role brings together the right partners to pilot, implement, and operationalize improvements, measure results, and address barriers to sustained adoption.

Success requires exceptional judgment, enterprise thinking, executive communication, strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence up and down the organization. The AVP anticipates needs, simplifies complexity, builds trusted relationships across cultures and functions, and ensures priorities move forward with pace, clarity, and accountability.

  • Apply structured problem solving to ambiguous, cross-functional business challenges and mobilize the right teams to deliver solutions.
  • Monitor progress, interdependencies, expected benefits, adoption, and risks across the transformation portfolio and escalate barriers with clear choices.
