Your Role
The Manager of Operations & Integration is responsible for leading the development and execution of cross-functional projects in support of International growth initiatives
Your Impact
• Lead the management of International growth projects with distortions to New Franchise Partner and New Market entries. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
o Partner with internal and external partner cross-functional teams to develop, manage and ensure accurate and timely completion of all project workstreams
o Collaborate with & influence internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive decision making and execution
o Lead / support project related cross-functional issue resolution
o Lead follow-up of key action items critical to project success
o Lead Organization Change Management (OCM) activities primarily in the areas of communication and cutover execution
• Lead efforts to develop, execute and maintain scalable business processes with support functions (e.g. Production & Sourcing, Logistics/DC Operations, MP&A, Technology), within the International group and with our Franchise partners.
• Lead and support cross-brand and cross-functional teams in the realization of International projects, both start-up and scale-up.
• Deliver project status and key updates to senior leaders to gain required approvals and ensure shared understanding.

Salaire Minimum : $112,700.00
Salaire Maximal : $153,720.00

• Comfortable following up with stakeholders at various levels
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related experience
• Consulting experience a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Excel
• Understanding of Retail & Supply Chain Operations
• International operations experience is a plus
