Your Impact:

This role will be a blend of leading a team and working on a project within a fulfillment center, supporting either retail fulfillment or digital/e-commerce.
Hours for this role will be day shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

- Reside in or willing to locate to the Columbus, Ohio area
- Working towards a degree in Business, Logistics, or Operations Management, expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028
- Displays excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
- Background in fulfillment center or warehouse operations
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to support operational and process improvement decisions
- Demonstrate problem‑solving skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset
