Now is an exciting time to join Victoria’s Secret and the in-house Media team as we grow and evolve our approach to paid media and advertising.
As Sr. Specialist of Paid Social Media you will be responsible for developing paid social media strategies and plans that drive brand love, product consideration, customer acquisition and other key business objectives. You will serve as a paid social channel expert, leading media planning, audience strategy, and performance analysis. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement across the funnel and customer journey, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.
Your Impact

Develop paid social media strategies and tactical plans that support brand and customer marketing strategies

Recommend platforms, tactics, budget allocation, audience targeting, ad types and messaging to drive business, brand and campaign outcomes

Lead campaign hindsight analyses, identifying key drivers of performance, actionable insights and future recommendations

Partner closely with paid social team members to ensure executional accuracy and monitor performance

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, vendors, and agencies

Evaluate emerging platform opportunities and trends to identify growth opportunities and influence innovation

Contribute to the evolution of the paid social planning and hindsighting operating model

Salaire Minimum : $86,800.00
Salaire Maximal : $117,600.00

Your Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid social required
-
Experience developing media plans across multiple paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) preferred

Experience within an agency or retail organization preferred

Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen
-
Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution

Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and pivot tables, utilize formulas, and analyze data effectively

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
