Your Role
We are looking for an Associate Designer to join the Collaborations team and support the development of graphic and concept-driven design across third-party collaborations. This role will help translate creative direction and partnership strategies into compelling, brand-right design solutions across apparel, sleep, intimates, accessories, and branding.
The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer with a thoughtful point of view, a passion for culture and fashion, and the ability to contribute ideas while working collaboratively within an established creative direction.
Your Impact

Support the development of graphic concepts, artwork, prints, treatments, and product graphics for collaboration collections.

Translate creative direction and high-level concepts into polished, production-ready design.

Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions throughout the concept and design process.

Develop presentation materials, design decks, sketches, and visual assets to communicate concepts internally.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to evolve designs based on feedback and business needs.

Maintain strong attention to brand, partner, product, and consumer considerations across all creative work.

Support design across multiple product categories, including apparel, sport, sleep, intimates, accessories, and packaging.

Help organize and maintain artwork, design files, and creative assets throughout the development process.

Stay informed on relevant fashion, graphic design, cultural, and consumer trends to bring fresh perspective to collaboration work.

Salaire Minimum : $81,600.00
Salaire Maximal : $107,100.00

Your Experience

4+ years of graphic or fashion design experience, preferably within apparel, fashion, retail, or lifestyle.

Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to take creative direction while also bringing thoughtful ideas and solutions to the table.

Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a very fast-paced, collaborative and tight deadline environment. Strong sense of team effort. No job is too big or too small to lend a helping hand.

A strong eye for typography, composition, color, graphics, and visual storytelling.

Passion for fashion, culture, and creating relevant, unexpected design experiences with knowledge of current market collaborations.
