TITLE: Sr.Product Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr.Product Manager supports all day-to-day facets (concept to delivery) of highly complex and integrated digital/interactive product delivery including creative, business, and technical requirements, product scoping, quality assurance, and compliance. This role drives day-to-day tactical execution of strategic initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data capabilities across the digital commerce ecosystem.
- Drive product discovery, define business requirements, and translate them into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Merchandising, and Operations teams to deliver scalable product data solutions.
- Own platform health by driving issue resolution, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring data integrity, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Work closely with AI and Data Science teams to define product requirements for LLM-powered capabilities, AI-driven automation, and intelligent product data enrichment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand APIs, backend services, data models, integrations, and end-to-end product feed architecture to drive informed product decisions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs while proactively driving mitigation plans.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Contribute to product management best practices and mentor junior product managers where applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience delivering complex enterprise or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), product catalogs, or enterprise data platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience writing Snowflake SQL queries, using Postman for API validation and troubleshooting, and analyzing backend data flows.
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, backend systems, data models, system integrations, and end-to-end product feed architecture.
- Experience partnering closely with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to define and deliver AI-powered product capabilities.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI-driven product workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and prioritization.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in Agile environments with expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and release execution.
