A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
- Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
- Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Identifies and escalates operational issues
- Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
Store Leadership Expectations
- Leading and demonstrating company values
- Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
- Coaching & development of associates and leaders
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
Salaire Minimum : $17.80
Salaire Maximal : $21.25

- 1–2 years retail experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
