The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for the Financial Planning & Analysis of Store Labor Payroll costs for VS North America stores. This role will support weekly financial reporting, review, and analysis of labor payroll dollars and hours across approximately 800 stores. The SFA will report to the Manager of Store Finance, Payroll P&L.
Responsibilities:
- Budget & Forecast the Store Payroll expenses of the organization, including but not limited to:
- Weekly financial review and analysis of Store Payroll expenses in order to identify opportunities to optimize payroll costs and maximize sales and profit
- Clearly and concisely structure analysis and communication of key issues to leaders
- Work cross-functionally with Store Operations and other Victoria’s Secret departments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
- Influence Stores leadership to action profit impacting opportunities
- Use project management skills to handle multiple work streams simultaneously
- Undertake special / ad hoc projects as needed, including sensitivity and “what-if” analysis
- Manage key business reporting deliverables
- May perform other duties as assigned

Salaire Minimum : $86,800.00
Salaire Maximal : $117,600.00

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years relevant Finance or Accounting experience in Retail environment
- Advanced PC skill proficiency including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership capability and executive presence
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various levels of management
- Comfortable with environment of change and group decision making
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Retail experience is a plus
