Manager, Technical Design

·       Act as the Fit Owner/Expert for multiple categories, managing the fit processes and providing fit expertise

·       Exercise influence in fit recommendations and construction. Articulate fit recommendations and corrections with precision and clarity

·       Manage fit scheduling, support model selection and calibration, and ensure alignment on fit actions

·       Track and analyze fit data to assess risks

·       Oversee the Fit Library, post-fit sessions, and review patterns as necessary

·       Advise and coach team members on fit-related matters, elevating issues as required

·       Collaborate with design teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors on fit concerns

·       Manage wear testing, follow-up activities, and timing to ensure product excellence

·       Drive fit evaluation processes and communicate issue resolutions effectively to stakeholders

·       Demonstrate business awareness in areas such as costing, raw materials, and production processes

·       Represent Technical Design in cross-functional and team meetings, contributing insights and expertise

·       Attend and participate in brand meetings, including Design Review, Line Review, and Style Review sessions

·       Lead vendor meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment
