· Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, MicroStrategy, Power Query, Power BI, and other enterprise analytics platforms.
· Partner with the Global Manufacturing Operations and Information Technology team to ensure reporting is standardized and aligned across enterprise systems.
· Utilize intermediate to advanced SQL to extract, join, troubleshoot, and reconcile quality data from multiple sources.
· Structure data, including semantic layer, to be leveraged in reporting within and across teams, following enterprise and team level guidelines and data quality requirements.
· Utilize strong statistical knowledge to understand data sets, develop and test hypotheses leading to insights and opportunities for improvement. Develop ad hoc and ongoing reporting to support change initiatives.
· Develop and enhance automated, recurring quality reports and dashboards to improve visibility into key QA KPIs such as RFT, defect trends, delivery quality etc., highlighting exceptions and improvement opportunities.
· Leverage SQL-based analysis and trend identification to surface risks, exceptions, and root cause drivers.
· Translate complex operational questions into clear metrics, intuitive dashboard views, and actionable insights for decision-making.
· Identify process and reporting gaps, propose enhancements, and implement solutions.
· Drive consistency and compliance with established workflows, data standards, and reporting templates.
· Support change management and adoption – training partners on dashboards, tools, and new processes.
· Degree in Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Merchandising, Analytics, or related discipline. MBA is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in analytical roles with demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
· Knowledge of garment production is a plus.
· High proficiency in MS Office; experience with Excel, MicroStrategy, Power Query, Power BI and other enterprise analytics platforms is preferred.
· Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency with experience extracting, joining, and validating data from multiple sources. Strong knowledge of database structures and best practices in table normalization.
· Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce is preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
· Understanding of data modelling and ETL concepts would be an advantage.
