The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for complex accounting, reporting, and analysis activities for the external financial reporting group. Acts as the primary point of contact for Brands and Functions related to monthly close deliverables. This position will report directly to a manager within the external financial reporting group
Your Impact

Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC and Company policies

Prepare and analyze standard monthly/quarterly reporting provided to executive management

Prepare workpapers to support the Earnings Release and Forms 10-Q and 10-K
-
Prepare consolidating journal entries
-
Compile ad hoc analyses and reports for internal and external reporting requirements

Prepare and submit various census reports with government authorities
-
Support preparation of statutory audited financial statements for certain foreign entities
-
Complete special projects requested by various internal departments

Identify and implement process improvements

Salaire Minimum : $86,800.00
Salaire Maximal : $117,600.00

Your Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required and a CPA certification is a plus

Three to six years accounting and/or auditing experience
-
Experience with financial and general ledger systems (experience with Hyperion a plus)

Ability to establish and maintain positive partnerships and influence others

Excellent customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interface with senior management

Strong problem-solving skills

Demonstrate capability of assuming increasing responsibilities

Ability to work well independently and in groups

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong PC skills using Microsoft products with emphasis on Excel (e.g., v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)

Experience/knowledge of process improvement techniques a plus
