Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and Chief Communications Officer is more than an executive assistant; they are trusted partners and are strategic assets. They will provide direct support, anticipate their leaders’ needs and exercise sound judgment to ensure smooth operations and help the CPO and CCO focus on high-level strategic initiatives. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s internal workings to be a vital bridge between their leaders and various internal and external partners. This role will be critical in supporting their leaders’ effectiveness by providing high-level administrative support, managing the calendar, coordinating complex schedules, travel, and managing confidential communications, and serving as a liaison between the CPO, CCO, Office of the CEO, the ELT, and all other internal/external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational and influencing skills while maintaining confidentiality.

 

Your Impact

  • Manage and prioritize the CPO and CCO calendar, coordinating meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time for strategic work and personal commitments. Liaison with other EAs to facilitate an efficient and effective way of working.

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and agendas.

  • Establish standard process to manage leaders’ inbox (if desired by each respective leader) and supports drafting communications and communicating when important emails are sent/received, expense reports, etc.

  • Screening requests for time with the leaders, prioritizing access to the CPO and CCO.

Salaire Minimum : $105,800.00
Salaire Maximal : $138,915.00

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ executive assistant experience supporting C-Suite or Senior Executives.

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills managing correspondence and interacting with stakeholders.

  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion & exceptional judgement.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Project Management tools (Asana).

  • Ability to solve problems independently and bring creative solutions to utilize CPO and CCO and their team’s time effectively.

  • Anticipate needs and time – proactively manage their inbox and calendar with a strategic mindset.

  • Can put oneself in shoes of their leader and anticipate questions and what their leaders will need to be successful and effective with their time.

  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Travel to Columbus, OH, as required.
