Your Role
The Chief of Staff to Victoria’s Secret & Co’s Office of the CEO is a highly trusted partner who helps drive focus, alignment, and execution across the company. Reporting into the Head of Strategy, this role sits at the center of the CEO’s agenda—ensuring priorities are aligned, decisions are well supported, and the CEO’s office operates with precision, efficiency and impact.
In addition to supporting enterprise priorities execution, this role leads the Office of the CEO, including management of the Executive Administrative team, partnership with key stakeholders (i.e. Asset Protection, Communications, Corporate Secretary, HR, IR, etc.), enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness.
Your Impact
Leadership Office of the CEO

Lead and run the Office of the CEO, ensuring seamless, proactive support of the CEO’s agenda, travel plans and day‑to‑day operations.

Own CEO logistics, travel management (i.e. Net Jets) and materials management for key events (Board of Directors meetings, Executive Offsites, QC, Fashion Show, QBR, etc.)

Directly manage the Executive Administrative team supporting the CEO & Head of Strategy, setting clear expectations, priorities, and development goals – all in support of ensuring seamless operations and support

Ensure strong coordination, information flow, and responsiveness across internal and external stakeholders engaging with the CEO.

Partner with Asset Protection to ensure proper and effective executive protection is provided to the CEO.
CEO & Executive Team Enablement

Anticipate issues requiring CEO attention and help resolve barriers through influence and facilitation.

Establish and run effective SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and ELT (Executive Leadership Team) meeting cadences and operating rhythms. Ensures agendas are aligned with strategic priorities.

Ensure CEO and leadership teams’ time, focus, and energy are aligned to the company’s highest‑impact priorities.

Partner with CPO and CCO to develop and maintain meeting hygiene for leadership-attended meetings, improving preparation, norms, and effectiveness.
Insights, Analysis & Governance

Runs point on CEO’s participation in the Earnings and BOD processes

Lead special projects and transformation initiatives on behalf of the CEO and Head of Strategy.

Develop concise, high‑impact briefs, analyses, and recommendations to support executive level decision‑making.

Help establish strong operating rhythms, governance structures without adding unnecessary complexity.

Salaire Minimum : $183,000.00
Salaire Maximal : $259,875.00

8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff–type roles; retail, fashion, hospitality, or consumer experience preferred.

Proven experience partnering closely with senior executives, including running or supporting an executive office. Experience interacting with BOD preferred.

Fast learner, with the ability to learn and understand complex business problems quickly.

Strong strategic perspective with disciplined execution and follow‑through.

Exceptional communicator with sound judgment, high discretion, and integrity.
