TITLE: ASSOCIATE DIGITAL MERCHANDISER

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the Site experience is flawless and works with partner teams in the executing relevant tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner. Review and validate the site regularly and ensure its upkeep and callout/triage anomalies identified. Collaborate with Merchandising team on day-to-day operational strategies and help in its implementation. Provide insights into Category performance and help identify key issues/improvements. The candidate should have a good understanding of Retail Merchandising/Site Management and be able to connect/infer based on information spread across diverse teams/systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Listing and Management: 

o Accountable for product setup for launches/floorsets/key events (images, copy, color names, etc.) and ensure it is merchandised and searchable in all equivalent locations cross-site 

• Site Validation: 

o Ensuring an error-free site for better customer experience

 • Ticketing: 

o Monitor tickets in the Merch dashboard & track to closure 

• Visual Merchandising: 

o Execute daily optimization to the Digital Store (resequencing, broken size scrub, deduping, faceout management, etc.)

 • Inventory Monitoring:

 o Liaise with Planning and Merchants to understand impacts of inventory shifts to floorset, tracking to inventory for offline PPIs 

• Support Offers: 

o Executing end-to-end marketing offers & promotions

 • Reporting: 

o Pull reporting per requirement

 • A/B & Perz Tests: 

o Support in test setup 

• Competitive Analysis 

• Cross-Selling and Upselling: 

o Support in implementing strategies to encourage customers to explore related products

 • App validation:

 o Ensure the app is validated thoroughly for error-free site experience

• Collaboration: 

o Work closely with various teams, including marketing, design, content, and IT, to ensure a cohesive online shopping experience 

• Lead the way in process improvement and streamlining across digital merchandising
 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years overall experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising or Site Management in retail/e-commerce
• Ability to organize and analyze data in Microsoft Excel. Expertise with mid-level Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Hands on experience in building reporting visualizations and dashboards with PowerPoint/other presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and deal with ambiguity
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Strong attention to detail
