Your Role
The Compliance Auditor role works with internal and external partners to verify the effectiveness of Customs controls and procedures by performing reviews of VS&Co import activity to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and foreign Customs agencies regulations. Responsible for examining records, writing findings reports and compiling support documentation. The Auditor will also perform or assist with social compliance and supply chain security partners (factories/logistics partners) in the United States and Canada to verify compliance with Customs regulations and internal policies. Auditor will also assist with additional projects as they relate to VS&Co’s social compliance programs.
Your Impact

Perform regular reviews of customs declarations, drawback claims, financial records, and support maintained by supply chain partners and VS&Co’s in-house broker to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations and the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).

Review controls and procedures in place for the assignment of information declared to customs authorities (ex. classification, value and origin) to ensure these are working as designed.

Document and prepare findings reports outlining the materiality of the findings observed and any recommended remediation.

Perform social compliance and supply chain security reviews of VS&Co supply chain partners mainly in Western Hemisphere.

Assist with other reviews as necessary to ensure supply chain partners are compliant with VS&Co’s social compliance policies.

Salaire Minimum : $59,300.00
Salaire Maximal : $77,805.00

Your Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience
-
1-3 years of prior government or financial audit experience. Will take combination of experience and education into consideration.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to learn complex government regulations.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with SAP.

Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, Harmonized Tariff System and supply chain a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish) beneficial.

Ability to travel up to 10% (both domestic and international).
