GENERAL SUMMARY:
This role drives data intelligence and business solutions for the Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain function, translating operational data into clear and actionable insights that support sourcing strategies, supply chain performance, and business priorities. The role leads a team responsible for strategy and project delivery, while building trusted dashboards and automated analytics that enable data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Associate Vice President, Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Business Solutions, Strategy & Projects
- Lead the team to support strategic sourcing and supply chain priorities through analytics, process improvement, and project delivery.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify business needs, shape solutions, and translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Drive strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, risks, and outcomes are effectively managed.
- Support the development of sourcing strategies by providing insights into vendor performance, market trends, supply chain risks, and business opportunities
Data Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain robust datasets that surface clear insights on production capability, sourcing performance, and market trends.
- Design and implement dashboards and reports that enable strategic decision-making, leveraging tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy and Alteryx etc.
- Build and monitor key metrics across efficiency, capacity/lead time, quality, delivery, cost, and sourcing performance; analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate data into clear and concise narratives for leaders and cross-functional teams, focusing on results, root causes, and next steps.
- Tie operational metrics to financial outcomes by quantifying the cost and margin impact of changes in efficiency, lead time, quality, and delivery.
- Stay current on analytics best practices and apply them to boost dashboard performance and scalability.
- Establish clear data ownership, governance standards, and review processes to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and secure the right data sources; agree on definitions, ownership, refresh cadence, and quality checks so teams can rely on accurate and consistent data.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
- Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt data-driven practices and improve the use of dashboards and insights in decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.

12+ years of experience in business solutions, strategy, project management, data analytics, or a related role within garment sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or a similar industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, MicroStrategy, Power BI), data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), and programming languages (e.g., Python).
