Your Role
The Asset Protection Logistics Senior Analyst is a key analytical leader responsible for using advanced data analysis, exception‑based reporting, and cross‑platform intelligence to identify and mitigate supply chain leakage across the VS Transportation Network. This role transforms complex operational data into actionable insights, supporting loss‑prevention strategies across third‑party logistics providers, line haul carriers, and parcel partners. The Senior Analyst oversees technology‑driven programs—including RFID, GPS, and covert telemetry—while developing scorecards, compliance reporting, and analytical frameworks that highlight emerging risks. The position requires agility in managing routine reporting, deep‑dive investigations, and urgent requests, while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact reporting. A self‑motivated contributor, the Senior Analyst continuously enhances analytical tools, adopts emerging technologies, and strengthens supply chain integrity throughout the network
Your Impact
- Conducts advanced data analysis across the VS Transportation Network—including Third‑Party Logistics
Providers, Line Haul Carriers, and other transportation partners—to detect anomalies, quantify supply
chain leakage, and initiate targeted investigations. - Leverages business intelligence platforms (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) to design, develop, and
automate analytical dashboards and reporting solutions that surface actionable insights and drive
loss‑prevention strategies. - Integrates and interrogates multiple data environments to validate exceptions, correlate shipment
behaviors, and support complex leakage investigations with evidence‑based findings. - Oversees the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of exception‑based reporting for store
and digital carton/package deliveries, ensuring timely detection of irregularities and potential loss events. - Synthesizes exception data from parcel and delivery agent systems into structured, investigation‑ready
reporting packages and distributes findings to appropriate operational stakeholders. - Manages the deployment, monitoring, and performance analytics of the covert GPS program, leveraging
telemetry data to identify deviations, mitigate risk, and enhance transportation security. - Produces compliance and exception reporting for the Line Haul High Value Load (HVL) program, ensuring
adherence to required protocols and elevating non‑compliance events. - Administers reporting and KPI tracking for the logistics integrity program, transforming raw operational
data into clear operational insights. - Designs, maintains, and enhances scorecards for parcel carriers and delivery agents, utilizing data‑driven
metrics to evaluate performance, trends, and risk indicators. - Builds strong cross‑functional partnerships with teams including Logistics, Distribution Centers, Customer
Care, Special Handling, Sales Audit, and Store Operations to align analytical outputs with business needs
and operational realities. - Executes additional analytics projects, data deep‑dives, and special initiatives that strengthen supply
chain resilience and support broader Asset Protection objectives.

Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, Business Analytics,
Data Science, or Business Administration preferred. - 5–7 years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Supply Chain Security,
Transportation Intelligence, or law enforcement, with a strong emphasis on data-driven investigation and
exception-based analytics. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, transportation, or logistics analytics, preferably
within a high-volume, multi-node network. - Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools, including Power BI, MicroStrategy, and/or Tableau,
with demonstrated capability in building dashboards, data models, scorecards, and automated exception
reporting. - Strong analytical fluency in point-of-sale (POS) analysis, inventory management systems, transactional
data validation, anomaly detection, and case-management platforms. - Experience administering, supporting, or troubleshooting Asset Protection and investigative software,
including exception-based reporting systems, GPS/RFID tracking platforms, and vendor-integrated
logistics tools. - Proven ability to summarize large, complex data sets and convert them into actionable insights using
Excel, Power BI, DAX, and other analytical tools. - Ability to quickly learn and operate systems related to e-commerce order flow, warehouse operations,
parcel logistics, transportation visibility, and exception-based reporting environments. - Established history of cross-functional collaboration, with strong influencing skills and the ability to build
effective partnerships across Logistics, DC Operations, Finance, Customer Care, and Store Operations. - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, including experience producing analytical
summaries, investigative briefs, and leadership-level reporting. - Demonstrated leadership qualities, including peer mentorship, role modeling, and maintaining the highest
standards of integrity and professionalism. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (pivoting, modeling, visualization) and strong
PowerPoint storytelling abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute both routine reporting and
ad-hoc analytical requests with urgency and accuracy. - Occasional travel required for site visits, vendor meetings, and industry conferences.
