The Outbound Loader plays a key role in the efficient operations of our Distribution Center. This position is responsible for accurately and safely loading outbound shipments onto trailers.
The base salary for this position is $18.50/hr. In addition, other benefits include:

Job Responsibilities:
- Requires lifting, loading and stacking onto and off conveyers, storage containers, trailers, pallets, etc.
- Frequent carton handling throughout the majority of working hours.
- Ability to lift repetitively and handle items weighing up to 75lbs.
- Must understand and follow all facility safety procedures and guidelines.
- Capable of operating and understanding warehouse systems and equipment, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, conveyors, and merchandise handling equipment etc.
- Ability to operate and understand warehouse systems and equipment such as Warehouse Management System, RF Scanners, Conveyor and Merchandise handling equipment etc.
- Ability to accurately match and sort merchandise according to established guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow directions and apply problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to be trained on and/or operate motorized and non-motorized (PJ,s) equipment for merchandise movement.

Job Qualifications:
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a Distribution Center.
- Prior experience outbound loading in a Distribution Center is a plus.
- Flexibility to transition between different job functions based on business needs.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
- Meet productivity standards after completion of on-the-job training.
- Strong teamwork skills to support overall warehouse operations.
- Adherence to all safety protocols, hazardous material handling procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
