Your Role

 

The HR Sr Generalist is responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support to business leaders and associates.  This role partners closely with leadership to drive talent strategies, foster a culture of belonging, and deliver HR solutions that support organizational priorities.  The HR Sr Generalist ensures compliance with employment laws, company policies, manages associate relations, and supports initiatives across talent development, performance management, organizational design to include succession planning and change management.

Your Impact

  • Serve as trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leaders and associates, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Support organizational change initiatives, helping leaders drive engagement, belonging, and a positive work culture

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Compensation to align HR practices with business priorities

  • Coach leaders on associate relations, team development, and retention strategies

  • Logistics & Transportation teams have team members globally and have HR support for those locations; curiosity about and/or awareness of reporting structures, time differences and cultural differences required; may partner with regional team members & HR team in support of overall team success & cross-functional partnerships

  • Support HR administrative processes such as org chart creation & maintenance, Annual Compensation/Talent Reviews, Associate Opinion Surveys, Onboarding, Associate Engagement activities, Compensation updates, Onboarding, and more

Salaire Minimum : $74,500.00
Salaire Maximal : $99,750.00

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree: 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred

  • HR experience that includes exposure to compensation, talent acquisition, associate relations and talent management practices

  • Strong relationship-building and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Proven ability to utilize internal workforce record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)

  • Attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organization skill

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with and manage confidential information
